I called customer service and spoke to Skip, not only did he listen, he went above and beyond to get me the correct item, he actually listened to me and understood what I was saying, which was very refreshing in the world of customer service, These days. Congratulations Trek for not outsourcing your customer service to some foreign country where you can't understand the people you're talking to.
