I bought a Unior wheel truing stand. I wanted a professional TS for decades but could not justify the price. The sale price was the deciding factor. The Unior is much more stable than the $15 I’ve used for 50 years and the first set of wheels with the Unior went much faster with greater confidence than the previous.

I ordered a child seat for my bike and it shipped quickly, arrived in great condition, and works perfectly for my son. The cost was as good as you could find for that seat anywhere on the internet.

When I first purchased my Trek Allant e-bike I wanted the 'manual' for the computer so I could figure out all the settings available. . I ran into wall after wall (at the store and online). Never did get the manual and was discouraged from contacting Trek again. In the recent past I've had to purchase some parts including this time and have found the online chat experience to be very, very good. Thank you for making your customer service better.

I felt like I scored. I went to Wheel Base Bikes in Frederick MD and got my bike serviced (and new tires) for an upcoming bike tour. Of course I found some shorts while looking around. I wanted to get another pair (they only had one) and they told me just to go to the Trek website. Many things were on sale, so I got the shorts and a few other things. Everything worked really well for me. I've already passed the word to a few friends...
