Not a 10 because it can occasionally be difficult to find items that I know exist on the trek.com site (I can for example find an FX 3 Gen 3 clearance model if I google search but can't find a path to navigate to it on the trek.com site itself).

Trek is the best.

Found my used dream bike at the Red Barn. It was as stated in the description. The bike was packaged very carefully in its purpose built box. The online assembly video was well done, the included torque wrenches and shock pump made assembly very easy. I would not hesitate to purchase again, other than my wife might throw me out of the house if I buy another bike. N+1.
