The whole buying process was really easy. Having it delivered to a local shop I know was awesome too. I didn’t have to worry about being home to receive the bike. The online registration process was easy as well.
The bike I bought was a frame only. I combined that with the same exact bike, I bought it used and in great condition days before.

The bike is a 23 session 9.9 and I couldn’t be happier with it. This bike an absolute downhill weapon. I get into the attack position and let her eat. I can’t believe how quickly it picks up speed, rolls over everything.

Awesome bike.

This helmet is just right. It's very comfortable with no pressure points. It protects the sides of the head without squashing my ears, and it's nicely ventilated. And it's reasonably priced.

The ease of ordering direct online and having a local shop assemble the bike for me were key! I also love that Trek has been around for a very long time so just the name 'TREK' was enough for me to choose a bike that would suit my needs, I did look at a few other name brands but I loved everything about TREK.

A technical question was researched and a bike part I needed for a bike no longer produced that I own and needed a part for was located. I was given exact part number to order.
