Ordered my Townie it arrived in 2 days. Front reflector was broken after getting to talk with Travis he was awesome! He sent me lights to replace since they didn’t have the reflector. Also, my seat wouldn’t tighten, Travis sent me what I needed. It’s perfect!

The helmet is good quality and I wasn't expecting to have the light accessories included. I have used this helmet on two rides so far and the fit and weight are very good and no sweat in my eyes.

I first used chat to get the $20 off coupon code from an email I received after buying a Red Barn Refresh bike. I tried to place the order with the code and it didn’t work. So I called and your rep told me to place the order, give him the order # and he’d credit the $20 which he did immediately. It was a little hassle to chat then call but it was all resolved very quickly

Shipping fast and easy transaction if you order a bike on the weekend just be patient until Monday rolls around and they get to your order and then they will send you an email. The bike comes in a big box with absolutely awesome instructions on how to put your bike together and they even provide tools I totally enjoyed the whole process. I want to order another bike just so I can enjoy this process all over again it kinda felt like a kid at Christmas. I tried on clearance sale shoes at the local store, but the cleats were not suitable for my trike pedals. The salesperson got on the Trek site and found some other clearance shoes and offered to order them in for me, but we were quite a distance from home. She told me that I could order them and have them sent to my house - which I did. They are a great fit, and appropriate for my trike pedals. Without her suggestion, I would never have known that I could shop and order from the Trek site.
