I had been looking at E-bikes for a few months, and narrowed my choice down to the Trek Allant+ 7S Gen2, the Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0, and Gazelle Ultimate T10 - I wanted a city commuter bike that could also do gravel trails. When I looked at the respective websites, I was unable to find the frame size and color combination that I wanted. Finally the Trek popped up on their website and I jumped on it, and had it shipped to a bike shop near me that carries Trek bikes for assembly and setup.
I like how easy it is to find information about specific models on the Trek website, and once purchase was made, they sent updates on the delivery schedule.
They fixed my wife’s bike by the date promised and did a great job. Rides like new!
