I ordered a used Domane+ SLR Pro eRoad Bike from the Trek website. It had only 1 mile on it and just a minor blemish on the paint and still was heavily discounted! It arrived in only a few days and was boxed up securely with padding in all the right places. It came 80% assembled (including the rear wheel, brakes, cables and drivetrain) with clear instructions and the few necessary tools to put the bike together in about 1.5 hours from start to finish and was perfectly tuned up as is! It was so well thought out. I could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Excellent. Navigating was a little difficult at first but I soon figured it out. I found what I wanted and purchased it without any problems. I really like my new bicycle and have already ridden it several miles. The local Trek store has been great to help me and have done a good job tuning and adjusting my bike.
