I appreciate the organization of the website. I’ve never had any issues finding what I need with the specificity that is required when purchasing bicycle parts. Not to mention the invaluable asset of calling Trek and getting a real human response. I purchased my Domane SLR fork recently and that is specifically because of information received from speaking to a representative on the phone.
What I appreciate the most about Trek bicycles as a company is the emphasis on riding. I just started cycling about 2 years ago and I notice that Trek is all about cyclists that want to get miles in. When speaking to the representative, he definitely emphasized this aspect of cycling. I currently have 5 Trek bikes and have had more Trek bicycles in the past. I definitely plan to purchase more Treks in my future with cycling.

The bike is awesome and was delivered quickly. The outside of the box was a little beat up but everything inside was protected and undamaged. Assembly was quick and instructions were clear. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Ease of navigating the site
The site is a little hard to navigate if you don't have a parts diagram. I was searching for a through bolt for my suspension and ordered the wrong bolt. I paid alot to have next day shipping in time for a planned group ride. Oh well. Ill chalk it up to learning curve. After finding the correct suspension diagram. Ordering was much smoother.

This is my second Trek Fuel mountain bike. I purchased my first one 20 years ago, broke the frame twice with rugged riding and 230 lbs weight, and Trek stood behind the warranty, furnishing a new frame each time. I now have a new Fuel Ex bike and love all the new features. Game changer: Dropper seat, disc brakes, wide 29" tires, higher ground clearance, single derailler, and better front & rear shocks with lockout ability. I look for every chance I get to ride this bike.
