It’s the 3rd Trek bike that I’ve purchased. My experience with the company has been nothing but amazing. The most recent bike is a Domane SL 5 and it was a gift for my husband. He loves it so much! Upon taking the bike home from the bike shop, the rear tire wouldn’t stay inflated. I let the shop know and they took care of it and we had my husbands bike back within two days.
All sales associates were very polite and informative!

The convenience of finding the parts I needed and the ordering/shipping/delivery process. Both parts were on clearance so a very nice price. It was odd though that when I put the items in my cart and proceeded with checking out, the system asked if I'd like to have them shipped to my local store for free or directly from Trek. When I selected local store the system recalculated the prices for each and applied the retail price instead of the website's clearance price. So instead of $60 the total was over $100. Obviously, I shipped directly from Trek...for free.

I received the item I order A LOT FASTER than I was expecting. The estimated delivery date on website was very long to today's standards (weeks) but to my delight, item shipped/arrived MUCH sooner. I got what I wanted w/o driving/hassle. The usual benefit of online shopping. Prices were not discounted. Oh well :)
