Trek Bikes has the best customer service in store. I visited the Santa Clarita location, and very friendly and helpful.

Trek products are high-quality, the designs and colors are amazing, and the staff is always kind, honest and friendly. Go ng to a Trek a tire always feels like going into your local bike shop. I have two stores I go to all the time, Trek Georgetown and Rockville. Both are great.

Everything went great as far as shipping and picking up the bike. My only concern is the bike is just a little bit too big. I have a medium 4 year old verve 3 right now but I wanted a step through and the one I bought is a large. Still not sure if I can make it work safely

California Law- The Song-Beverly Credit Card Act- prohibits retailers from demanding a drivers license as a condition of purchase. JAX copying down information from my credit card and DL is illegal and an invasion of my privacy.

Solid customer service staff who was patient and kind. Easy website with option to buy direct and assemble yourself, or support local and have it assembled for you. Price wasn't super impressive or amy great deal to write home about, but I know the quality is there with Trek and they offer an awesome starter bike for 20" mtb kids ready to start ripping with Mom and dad.

Everything was easy to process and experience was very easy.

My transaction was so simple. I needed a motor armor for my Powerfly 5. I called the Trek store to see if they had one in stock, which they did not. The salesperson told me I’d get it faster if I ordered it off the website than if he ordered it to the store, and told me they were actually offering free shipping at the time.
I looked it up online and thought I had the correct one and he confirmed it was the right one for my bike. It arrived at my home within just a few days. He was very helpful!
