i encourage any woman, any age, who is skeptical about riding a bike. Townie ebike is awesome. i rode bikes and skied well into my 50's. then slacked off. by 65, i had the desire to ride in the wind again. i tried several different ebikes - rentals of all kinds. then when i went to bike dealership, Townie was the most comfortable, responsive, and easy to (re)learn. now 5 years later, at 71 i'm doing what i enjoy in biking ! don't worry about balance, the ebike handles that for you !! go for short distance irdes around the block 20 times, then increase the distance again and again. always, always enjoy the ride. it's not about how fast you get there. stop and look around, enjoy what you are seeing while biking.
