My item was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. My only concern was I did not receive an update on my shipment until the day it was arriving so I would have liked to know a bit sooner the expected delivery day.

Steve, in your Grosse Pointe store, was great. Very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure my wife and I had the right bikes and the right equipment to enjoy our rides. Put in 3,000+ miles this summer and never had a problem with our Checkpoints. Wife loves her electric Domane and is always way ahead of me on my Madone.
