I was very excited to see the Trek Electra touring bike online. It’s very reasonable at $400 for a refurbished bike and that it came almost completely assembled except for the pedals was so cool. FedEx worked very hard to make sure someone was home when it was delivered. I can’t wait to take a ride this weekend blessings in Jesus, Wally
the ordering experience was seamless but I would recommend that you provide tracking info , I had to call customer service to get it. The tires and tubes that I ordered installed perfectly without a hitch a little pricey but great quality.
The folks there were extremely helpful. From diagnosing the issue with my bike, to helping secure the part I needed, to installing the part (for free!). Great customer service from start to finish!

The only problem I've had is the security not letting me pay with my card without having it approved by my bank. Otherwise I enjoy it alot and plan on making more transactions in the future.

I needed my biking shorts in the next week and they came in 2 days right to my house AND they were on sale. I thought because they were on sale they wouldn’t be top notch but they are genuinely the best feeling shorts i’ve ever had and just did my first tri in them. i absolutely love this brand!
