The directions to assemble were good. I did have some problems. My handle bars had spacers and they were not clearly specified in list of materials. I called , got a human and moved on. Had a problem with cable controlled seat post but was able to watch a YouTube video to figure it out.
Salesperson was extremely helpful and convinced me to buy bib shorts for the first time. He explained why these are so much better than non-bib shorts. After trying them out for the first time I noticed how much better the ride felt. He was completely right !
