I like the variety of parts, new and old . My bike is a 2015 Fuel EX 7 29er. I have 30,000 miles on it. Up grades are much cheaper than a new bike. I love the Rail E-bike but it’s all about the price. I try to stay with genuine trek parts. For a bike that’s 11 years old , you still offer the parts I need . To me that says a lot. Thank you for your dedication to people like me. I know the industry is taking a hit but I’m still with ya. Listen to the people and adjust accordingly. We deserve the best and to me that is Trek.

I was in a terrible accident when kids on a lime e bike lost control and rammed into me. I had to go to the ER and it was absolutely horrifying. I took the bike to a mechanic months later after healing and he said I am lucky I had a trek bike. My bike would have been totaled. I am grateful for Trek and grateful it was easy to order the parts I needed from the website.

We had a pro racer help us. If he hadn’t had us test drive the bike, we wouldn’t have walked away with one that day. We had already been to another store that day and just shopping around. He hooked us up on all the gear we needed and was extremely helpful. I can’t remember his name but he worked weekends and raced for Trek. He was great.
