Fast shipping, excellent product, what more could one want? The touch up paint that I ordered works and matches very well. Buy with confidence. One tip when touching up a scratch maybe buy a small fine paint brush. It will make the touch up process a tad bit easier:)

Ordered a bike but I ordered the wrong sized frame, Trek took it back with zero hassle on my end. Ordered the right bike this time, arrives destroyed by carrier, Trek took it back once again and with zero hassles once again for me. Finally got my bike, and I love it. Extremely well made and a joy to ride. Been riding Trek exclusively since the 90’s and will continue to do so. Thank you Trek, you guys are awesome.

You have a misleading assembly video for the Elctra Go Cruiser
Totally misleading about the way to assemble the bike !
You also sent me the wrong instructional manual with my bike, my bike came with a Trek city manual!!
I also recieved no allen wrenches nor were items tagged on my bike.

I wonder if you sent me a used bike ?

I was very upset, as of today I still have been unable to ride the bike.

However a bike mechanic is enroute .
