The bike is beautiful and I’m very happy with my purchase! The bike store I chose to pick it up from is also amazing. The guys there were so helpful when I went to pick up my bike. They installed the kickstand I purchased when I went to pick it up and had me take it for a spin to make sure the seat was at a good place which it was. I’m looking forward to going back to that store for any other accessories I may want or if any issues arise with my bike. Very happy with everything overall!

As someone looking to get a little exercise, the trek Daul Sport 3 for me and Verse 2 for her, allows us to push the boundaries to just how far this biking to better health will go..whether neighborhood rides or the Katy Trail , we feel ready. It was very easy to order although the process did allow me to buy the wrong size bike and I had to return it. The return process was very easy and led me to a Trek Bike store where I did get the right size bike and model.

I like the ease of how you can search and purchase a bike, and the bike itself is great. The reason I'm not putting a 10 is because page is not 100% accurate on the stock stores has, I purchased a bike and next day the store called me telling me I needed to cancel the order cause they didn't had the bike. it took me a while to call to service cause there is no tracking or order management option on the website and at the end the store managed to cancel the order from their side and I had to order another bike.

This is my 2nd direct purchase of an e-bike from Trek, and super satisfied with speedy delivery and the overall quality of the bikes.

All around great experience with Trek College Station. Service was timely and staff was friendly and accommodating. Had my new bike assembled and ready for me the day after it arrived. Then a few weeks later I decided to order fenders for the bike, and again they were great in getting them installed.

I have owned Trek bikes for years. I own a Trek Domane SLR 6.0 disc and in 2017 was top of the line for comfort(supposedly). It had an adjustable seat post and some fancy headset. You no longer make that model- the Domane frame is solid. I think that former Domane was a waste. It is no more comfortable than my other comfort frames. The FX Sport I just purchased is great-love it

Trek is a company that I can, and will, support for outfitting our seven grandchildren with bicycles. We purchased a used 20" Trek beginner bicycle for our oldest grandson, not knowing much about Trek bicycles. It looked mint and he really liked the style because he could ride it off road. We quickly realized the handlebar was not straight. I went on the website, ordered the handlebar, and had it delivered to a local bike shop. It was delivered to the bike shop in two days. Unfortunately, they had no time or interest in getting my small order out of their receiving warehouse to their shop. They were beyond rude when I inquired about it a full week after it had been delivered to them. I reached out to Trek to see if I had any recourse because my grandson was waiting to ride his "new" bike. Madison, from Trek, immediately checked on the status on my order. When he could not get anywhere with the bike shop, Madison had the handlebar shipped to me overnight! My neighbor, a bicycle technician, put the handlebar on and certified that the bike was in mint condition and that Trek bikes are the gold standard for durability. What a joy to see how happy it made our young fellow. I will be a Trek supporter from here on out. Going forward we will buy them directly from Trek as the kids grow and pass them down the line.
