I really like how easy it is to look up my bikes in the archives and find replacement parts as things wear out. That’s a really nice feature. The suspension set up is nice too, could even be turned into an app to make it one step quicker.

The website is easy to use and easy on the eyes, with very complete product information for most things I've looked at, bikes in particular, it's really nice previous model years are archived so you can reference what parts and specs that came on your bike should you forget.

I also really like how wheel product pages come with the PDF containing detail blow ups of how the they are constructed, so you can figure out replacement part numbers, it was really nice it included additional parts, such as the free hub body needed to convert from Shimano to XDR.

There's nothing more frustrating than an incomplete product website, it should be the source of truth for the thing you bought, so really nice work there, Trek!

Once again the staff at Trek Davenport amazed me with the crazy fast service! You know how amazing they are when I create excuses to go to the shop, even if I’m not intending to buy anything. My Wife calls it an illness, but I usually don’t listen to her anyway. Kinda joking as she LOVES her Allant 8S!
Seriously the entire staff is amazing, always have what I need or want in stock, and fair prices on everything. I have a long time friend that owns a shop a few miles away, but I still choose Trek Davenport because of the incredible service!

I’ve started out on a Specialized but once I switched to Trek I wouldn’t want to go back. The products are state of the art, amazing quality, and super fun to ride. They have bikes for all aspects of riding and great customer service.
