I purchased my first trek 820 in the 90’s just to ride around with my kids. When they grew up my son took my 820 to college and thought my riding days were over. In 2019 I had medical issues and doctor recommended exercise but I hated the treadmill and started to ride a stationary bike. Found it to be good exercise but boring. Since my first trek was still going strong for almost 30 years. I went to my local trek store and purchased a Dual Sport 2 riding 7 to 15 miles 3 to 4 times a week and a longer ride 15 to 30 miles once a week. Logging 1500 to 2000 miles a year. My doctor’s are happy with my progress. I received a book from trek and read it from cover to cover and like the philosophy and a believer in trek and the bikes they build. Now testing out the new ride app. Someday I will move to an e-bike to assist in the hills and longer rides. Thanks keep Trekking forward.

Site was very easy to navigate.
It was easy to find what I was searching for and the transaction easy to navigate. Plus, the wheels I ordered were in my hands in only a few days. My only issue was in navigating the website. At times, some links did nothing and I was confused as to whether the cart status reflected what I thought. I spoke to a Trek customer service rep who was not experiencing the same issue at her end. I can only conclude it was an issue at my end even tho I had no problem navigating at other sites. Eventually, I did clear the cache but after I finalized the sale. I own three Trek, a DS 8.5 (senior citizen in the garage), a 6 year old Domane SL6 (?), and 2024 FX Sport 6. Love them all and never have I considered any other brand.
The bikes are the best bikes we’ve ridden so far. We love everything about them. But even better has been the outstanding service we receive from our local dealer. Aaron and Rob go out of their way to make sure everything about our experience is top notch.

So far great experience at every point. At every trek store or authorized dealer. Online customer service is great and also I love my Domane.
Trek Bikes are awesome, we have 9 in our family but the main thing I like is the support from my local bike shop Scott’s Bicycles in Salem, Oregon
