When I go to Trek bikes to shop for my cycling needs, I am always able to find what I am looking for, including small specialty parts that are compatible with my bikes. This is very convenient, because it’s not always available at the Trek dealer, when I need it quickly. Even though the Trek shop can order for me when needed for parts I would like professionally installed, it’s nice to have the option to order too myself. No matter what you need, it’s pretty much there at Trekbikes.com

Easy. Breezy. Order. Wait. Enjoy. I ordered my bike on a Sunday afternoon on a whim and had it Thursday afternoon at my door. I received it at 330pm and was test riding it at 4. I didnt even have to air up the tires. Unpack. Put the wheels on, put the bars on, put the pedals on, put the seat on and ride. I adjusted the handlebars and seat to my liking. Added a little pre adjustment to the front brake and its flawless! Gotten many compliments on the dark olive matte color. The assembly tools were a great touch! 10/10 My first trek.

The website is well organized and the type of bike you are searching for can be selected relatively easily. The only downside is the difficulty in finding the correct bike for the type of bike you are looking for (sold out, out of stock, etc.)

The people and the product

good overall. but prices need to come down. lots of brands are competing aggressively, I see trek getting behind. Also mtb models I checked are unavailable in the website, specially the sizes the people need. We don;t wnat to see sales on XL or XS bikes. If your keeping your inventory low to play it safe, then it is trek's strategy, but not sure if it is a customer driven strategy.
