What am I reading here? I’ve been really happy with the store that was just purchased in Burlington Massachusetts at the cycle loft. The people working there have been working hard to add rides. They’re always willing to take the time and answer my questions after a ride and provide support.

I do find the website a little difficult to use. It’s sometimes hard to know exactly what will fit my bike (checkpoint sl5)

Everything was shipped on time, and the quality of my apparel is excellent. I have a Trek Madone generation seven, but I buy it from the local dealer Biscari Brothers. They are a great representative for Trek. Trust me nobody better than them.

It was very easy to order online and get free shipping to a store in my area. I appreciated being able to get free shipping to my house, but I was out of town so having it go to a local store was a very convenient option.

It is easy to place an order and always nice to be able to pick up and return orders if needed t a local Trek bike shop. There are always great prices available.

The staff at the Newington CT store are fantastic. Bought all my accessories there. In the future I intend to buy a new bike at that location. I went for a bike at Red Barn. It is perfect in everyday.

Good engineering and value

Your customer service was stellar. I purchased a bike from Red Barn. But when they went to pull it, it had already been pulled for another customer. So I called and spoke with Chris Arterburn. He said new bikes are added on Saturday. On Sunday I looked and found another bike just like to one I didn't get. I placed my order and send an email to Chris. On Monday he contacted me and said he would reduce the price to same cost as the previous bike. I was extremely pleased he was able to do this.

You see, I had a Powerfly FS4, but it was stolen and insurance only paid a percentage of the original cost. So luckily I was able to purchase one with that money and few hundred more.

I now have a Powerfly FS9 EQ. I love it, it's the perfect bike for my style of riding.
