My experience was better than excellent! The guy who helped me was Chris Skipper (skip). Everything was great and I never felt like I was just wasting his time, because I'm a talker lol and had a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and had instant answers for literally every question and concern, as i spoke to him multiple times. I love my Pennyflake roscoe 7! (I do wish I had gotten a size medium instead of a medium/ lage, as i feel like it would fit me better because of my shorter than normal inseam and reach for someone that is 5'10", but that's nothing at all on him, that's totally on me, but lesson learned for my next trek lol) the bike is friggin awesome, and I've had a few older treks throughout the years. Just 2 days ago, I bought my 8 year old daughter a wahoo 24 and she's in love! Thanks for everything! And thanks again to Skip! He deserves a raise, bonus, or some type of recognition for the excellent customer service, after calling about a minor issue with my dual sport that I had purchased a week before I ordered my roscoe. Forever a customer!

I really like the quality of my Trek bikes! The problem is they are often sold out of the high-end model I want to buy.

I absolutely loved the entire experience. I have a trek Checkpoint and fell in love instantly. I didn't think another bike would give me the same feeling until I bought the trek Farley. Although it was a refurbished bike, it came in excellent condition. I was thoroughly impressed by the packing of the bike and the addition of the tools needed to put the bike together. Great touch!!!! I think I will officially forever be a trek girl!!!

I have been wanting a Trek for years! I've been looking at them on-line forever, and when I finally decided to go for it, the process was easy.
