Would have given a 10; however the tracking number sent by email never worked. Had to contact customer service to get an update on when my order would be delivered (still no clickable tracking link); finally when buying from the Red Barn store selecting “ship to a Trek Store” wasn’t an option that could be selected so I had to enter the address of my local trek store manually and my local shop has no visibility that I’ve ordered a bike and that it is being delivered to them.

Quick shipping. Had an issue with the bike and was issued a credit promptly.

The purchasing experience exceeded my expectations. The bike shipped super fast and arrived before the expected due date. It was extremely well packed and very easy to assemble. Trek included the the tools and instructions to assemble right in the box. My only issue is that it was missing one small item which I’m Trek will address, I just haven’t had time to contact them yet. All in a great experience and I would easily purchase from Trek again.

Whenever I need service or a new accessory, I can depend on Trek. And I depend upon my Trek bikes. My wife and I ride >5k miles per year.
