I am really pleased with my bike! It is easy and comfortable to ride. Ordering from the website was easy and it was delivered to a local bike shop for set up. The bike arrived a couple of days early which was a pleasant surprise.

There is a bike trail near my house that I have been wanting to ride for several years, but have hesitated pulling the trigger on purchasing a bike. I have only ever owned bikes purchased from a local big box store, but I knew I wanted to invest in something more substantial. Not being an expert and having information overload, I simply delayed the decision. After my sister recommended her Townie step thru, and I was able to rent one on a recent trip, I finally decided to make the commitment and buy this quality bike. I feel like I did when I was 6 years old and got my very first bike. I LOVE the color - it was true to the picture on the website. Riding the Townie Step Thru brings me joy. I only wish I could ride every day. If you are hesitating on your purchase, I recommend this bike.

Trek is great, but if you in Kauai don’t go to the trek store. Fly to ohau to get a bike, and do your own maintenance. Sad but true.

I am very pleased with Trek.com and the local Trek retailers in my city. The staff at the Fort Wayne, IN store go above and beyond. They get busy sometimes but are always available for help and service. Mick, Roy, Amy, Shane and everyone else at this store deserve recognition. Trek.com and this staff have impressed me. I took a class with Shane at this store the other night and afterwards I purchased a new bicycle. Shane was very professional and informative. Roy was very helpful with my sale. Mick and Amy answered many questions the few times I visited. The rest of the staff I haven't met must be great! I thank them all for thier time, consideration, service, answers, and guidance.
