Great bikes. Have ridden them for years. My old Trek road bike has been with me from Boulder, CO to San Francisco to Australia to Germany to England and lastly to North Carolina over a span of 40 years. I do have a new one now but it probably won't be as well traveled! Also have had two great hybrids.

It was pretty easy. Sizing is kind of confusing though. Luckily the local retailer helped me swap for a bike that was the appropriate size.
The staff is incredible! Miguel at the Rockville, MD location is the best. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a Trek owner for years and just bought our third pair of bikes (Allant 7s). I wouldn’t buy any other brand!

Payment was easy and delivery fast. I need xxlarge gloves and I felt that Trek would be reliable. The gloves are still pretty tight but hoping theu will stretch. Padding is a little disappointing.
