Good customer service when it came to my situation. However, I got the bike and the isospeed is making noise. There is some confusion as to who files the claim, the store says one thing, online another. Hopefully this is covered considering it went through the “151 point inspection”. I expect it will knowing how the customer service has been so far!

I generally like my Trek bikes and SRAM electronic gearing, but my Power Meter that came with my Madone 8 is not working and I’m having a lot of trouble getting help to fix or replace it.

Red barn refresh does a great job. Bike looked nearly new as advertised. Easy to follow assembly instructions and nearly dialed in all adjustments, just had to adjust derailer a couple clicks on the thumb nut.The tools are nice to have as well. Thanks

The process was easy. The Trek store contacted me when the bike was ready. The store representative was interested in fitting the bike for me. He took his time double checking his measurements and answered my questions not rushing me out the door.

I’m glad I used original equipment for my wheel replacement. The tube however has a tiny leak that empties the air after 4-5 days.

My husband and I love riding bikes. We usually go rail trails, because they are mostly flat. I can’t do hills at my age anymore. We bought the bike assist from you guys, and I can finally do hills! This bike is AWESOME!!!!! I can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner!!!

My XXX Bontrager Road Cycling shoes are broken. On my century ride last Sat at mile 65 I noticed that they were loose in the foot bed. I looked down and the bottom right BOA clip was ripped off the shoe and dangling there.

I am sad. These are my favorite all time bike shoes for the fit, the ventilation and stiff bottom. Is there any way to get them repaired?? I love these shoes. I have no idea how it happened.
