It was so quick & easy. I was traveling when I decided to purchase a bike. I test road numerous different bikes, brands & models. I own a Trek Hybrid bike that I’ve had for years with zero problems, so I decided to stick with the Trek brand. After doing some research I decided on a specific model, however, the bike store did not have it in stock. They directed me to the website. I went on, found the bike I wanted, ordered it & had it delivered to a bike store close to my home. When I arrived home just a few days later the bike had arrived & had been assembled. It couldn’t have been easier. Thanks Trek!

Quality Trek / Bontrager gear to keep our 1989 Trek XC's up to speed. Just received rear mount kickstands, as we no longer wish to lay our bikes on the ground after updating the cockpits. Quality, Sturdy kickstand, adjustable in length, and easy to mount. Will support the weight of the bikes when loaded down for bike packing. Received quickly, securely packaged. Love our Treks!

Excellent customer service and bikes! Visited a few times and was helped by different staff (Jeremy & Jonathan) who were very knowledgeable about the different e-bikes. Both were extremely patient, transparent and listened to all of our needs and answered our questions honestly. They were not pushy or salesy at all and demonstrated that they wanted my purchase to be based on what I wanted in a bike.
