Very easy to order the items I wanted at a price I could afford. Shipping was very quick and the company kept me updated throughout shipping where and when it would arrive. Assembly was much easier than I expected and all tools needed were included. I was able to assemble the bike in 45 minuted and 1/3 of that was removing the protective packaging to keep it unharmed through shipping.

My first Trek bike was a cross track (if I remember the name correctly). I bought it in 1995 and have had Treks ever since. They are well built and a very good bike for the money. I will be a Trekie for life

What I didn’t like was not being able to use Apple Pay, my address would not pull up on the tool and not being able to change my address (this was as a guest). Once I logged in, I had the same issues. Very frustrating. Other than that, it was not too difficult to navigate and order.

You had what I needed in stock! I was impressed to find the little bar end caps available which fit my FX Sport 6. Also got TLR rim strips and suitable valves for a tubeless setup.
The chart made it easy to find the correct strips and valves for my wheels. Shipping was fast and prices were reasonable. I’m very pleased.

Good bike. I have had it for about twenty years and still use it often. (Several times a week in the spring, summer and fall. ) Used to be made in USA but unfortunately it is now made somewhere else. Ben’s Bicycle shop in Clinton, Iowa is a good place to get service and parts.

Domane + SLR —The absolute perfect bike

I love my new bike, its slick. I do need to take it in, the handlebars are a tad too low, and it will need a gearing tune up after adjustment so I can safely ride it without doing an endo.

Shipping was mostly smooth, it got shipped later than I had hoped, but all in all it arrived in good shape, the packaging is amazing. I still have the box, but I don't expect to have to return it, my cats have turned it into a fort.

All in all, good quality stuff comes from Trek. Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed--or your cats.
