My 2024 Marlin 7 is great! My other 2021 Marlin 6 and my wife's 2023 Marlin Volt to Miami are also great bikes. Both of those were bought second hand. I liked them so much that I had to buy the new totally loaded Marlin 7 gen 3. Just top quality bikes!

So easy to go through Trex Pottstown. Already recommended my sister to order a bike but went through a different location. Her turnaround was not as quick! Definitely recommend trex in Pottstown

My bike purchase experience from Trek was very good and they have been great about answering any questions I have had and gladly offered to check over the bike (without charge) when I was having some difficulty with shifting from one gear spocket to another. When I purchased some riding gear and the article I purchased on line did not fit to my satisfaction, the return was easy and they wanted to know about why it did not work for me and offered suggestions for alternatives. So in conclusion, all of my interactions with Trek have been great and I do recommend Trek to others who ask.

We love Trek bikes. We own three! We also like our local Trek store, they're very helpful. The online experience is fine.

Excellent products, customer service and fast shipping

I would have liked better telephone communication from the Greenville bike dealer as I no longer have a car. However, Josh Boggs, the telephone salesperson, sold me the correct bike for my medical condition, via the phone, and the Trek website gave me the information I needed.
The problem was in getting my current Trek bike traded in. They were no as upfront about it as they could have been, and between Josh, and Jerry who always answered the phone and said he would get the message to Josh but never did, it was discouraging. However, once I took the leap, ordered the bike, and picked it up, we got everything straightened out.
Josh also gave me excellent instructions on the bike's equipment and where to get help.
He put the bike in pick up.

I got the seat from my current bike exchanged for the seat on the new Trek because I won't get the price out of it so I might as well enjoy it. I plan to put a lot of miles on this bike on the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville. Wish me luck. Kath

Good pictures and video...makes it easier to purchase online without seeing the bike in person.
Brick and mortar store had very knowledgeable staff. Got me on the road riding quick.
I had an old bike (no disc brakes, steel, heavy!). New bike had new tech. Staff explained how to take care of carbon fiber bike, how to clean it, and how to deal with a flat. And they made seat adjustments to fit my body size.
Overall, a great experience!

The website was bit wonky--I couldn't get the credit card to co through and had to use my phone instead. That said, I love the helmet.

The manager Chris at the Newport News Virginia, is absolutely the best person you have. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, went above and beyond to not just helping me, but every single person who came through the door. Chris gave you his full attention no matter what or how long or how many questions you ask him.
