You guys made purchasing a used bike a dream. The packaging of my bike was picture perfect. The instructional videos on how to assemble the bike were excellent. The tools (and lubricant) sent with the bike made it pretty easy for a novice bike rider. The used bike looks like new. I've only been out on two long rides, but so far, the bike has been great. And I'm even starting to understand the gearing on the bike. I could not have asked for a better experience.
