I am very pleased with Trek.com and the local Trek retailers in my city. The staff at the Fort Wayne, IN store go above and beyond. They get busy sometimes but are always available for help and service. Mick, Roy, Amy, Shane and everyone else at this store deserve recognition. Trek.com and this staff have impressed me. I took a class with Shane at this store the other night and afterwards I purchased a new bicycle. Shane was very professional and informative. Roy was very helpful with my sale. Mick and Amy answered many questions the few times I visited. The rest of the staff I haven't met must be great! I thank them all for thier time, consideration, service, answers, and guidance. They have reassured me that anytime I have questions or need help, just swing on in. Trek.com site is very informative as well and I am very happy to be a part of Trek bicycles. It was so quick & easy. I was traveling when I decided to purchase a bike. I test road numerous different bikes, brands & models. I own a Trek Hybrid bike that I’ve had for years with zero problems, so I decided to stick with the Trek brand. After doing some research I decided on a specific model, however, the bike store did not have it in stock. They directed me to the website. I went on, found the bike I wanted, ordered it & had it delivered to a bike store close to my home. When I arrived home just a few days later the bike had arrived & had been assembled.
