I purchased a pre-owned bike which thanks to the video was very easy to put together, even for someone with very little biking experience (who is also disabled). The bike arrived in excellent condition m and was very well packed up and secure. I love that it came with a free service at a bike store after 50 miles, and a lot of useful information. The quality of the bike is exceptional, and the price was fantastic.

Ordering online and receiving the bike (from the bike shop) was smooth and easy. The bike is great, except for its tendency to shift the wireless electric gears on its own a few times. Maybe a loose electrical connection somewhere?

First Trek was a 1997 Dry Blue Ice Y-11; I still have it and it still rides well! Need not say anything else…
