The bike is everything I expected and more. The shipping and assembly went smoothly. My only complaint is the bike does not come with a dedicated user manual. For example, I have no idea how to use/charge the Di2 system. It would be helpful to be directed to a video or something for instructions on the bike.
Bike mechanic Ben was wonderful in diagnosing and fixing an irksome problem with my bike. Service was excellent.

The bike was delivered two days later than the stated delivery date. Other than that, it all went well. My bike shop was very pleased with the way the bike was packed and was able to quickly assemble it for me. I wish I could've had it shipped directly to the shop instead of having to load it into my car and bring it to them.

Everything about my experience was wonderful! The online ordering process was quick and easy, and my bike arrived at the store in about a day. The people at the store nice and helpful, and the bike itself is great! A+ experience!
The bike that I ordered generally met my expectations, in both appearance and condition. It is the equivalent of buying a certified used car from a luxury brand. Could have saved money from a private seller but it would not have the frame warranty that comes from Trek. The shipping package, tools provided and instructions to put it together are first class. The torque tools provided is a world-class touch, and eliminates the risk of damaging the carbon fiber due to over torquing. Areas where I was not fully satisfied: The bar tape should have been changed, it was wrapped wrong and was peeling - a small cost to Trek and a big satisfier for the next owner. The chain was not properly lubricated. It was making noise and it required additional lubrication.
