Trek is a reputable company. I have been mountain biking for decades and have owned several bikes. Trek is the one I have had the best success with. I recently purchased an ebike. It did not come with a charger. It was easy to contact someone about it. I had a charger here in couple days.

Tires came on time
A have been disappointed in the quality of Bontrager wheels. I had a hub crack while hanging in my basement and Trek basically said lightweight products don't last forever. This was a tubular wheelset used for racing only. I had very few miles on the wheelset. I am also a light rider at 140 lbs. The spoke tension was too high and caused the hub to crack. Trek should stand behind their products.

It was very user friendly . I had one question about size and shipping it to the local store. Trek answered it promptly. Loved that the price was considerably less than the local store price.
I found the chain guide I needed to replace very quickly on the Trek website. Part came in quickly and was an exact fit for my 2021 Trek Rail. Good price and came with all the hardware needed to install. Will buy from Trek parts in the future.
