Great products and have had good experiences with trek of Eldorado hills sales and customer service. The only negative is that often trek advertises certain components on bicycles and in the fine print says due to supply chain issues they can substitute certain parts. These bikes are priced pretty high, and I don't mind paying for quality parts, but I expect to get what I am ordering without this lame excuse of supply chain issues. I don't believe this is individual shops rather the problem is corporate.
