We were in the market for a new mountain bike for our oldest son, who had quickly outgrown not only his previous bike but also mine, which he had been using. We stopped by our local Trek store in Raleigh – Holly Park – and were met with outstanding service. The team member who assisted us (I wish I remembered his name!) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the differences between various mountain bikes, explaining the numbering system and what each generation means. He also encouraged us to test ride multiple models to find the best fit.

After narrowing down the right bike and size, we placed our order online through the Trek website. The entire process was smooth, and the bike was assembled and ready for pickup in less than a week.

I’m already looking forward to ordering a new Trek mountain bike for myself so we can hit the trails together. Trek is the only brand of bike I’ll ride — we absolutely love Trek bikes!

The website is great (very informative and easy to use). The live people on the phone are very helpful. Those in the store are very helpful and easy to work with.

So far very good. Bike is fast in turns, sticks solidly to the trails. The Bosch motor is great along with the free flow app.

Mystic cycle was nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to deal with. So much so I went back and bought a second Trek bike for my wife a couple days later.
She loves it. Her previous bike was a Giant and the Trek Dual sport is night and day different. I would think Trek would pre qualify their dealers before working with them , so Mystic Cycle must have been a very easy choice as they are well known for OUTSTANDING service to their customers. I wouldn't buy a Bike anywhere else.

Great customer service and product

I loved the experience of buying on Red Barn Refresh. It was really seamless and most importantly, gave me peace of mind when laying out $2k that I wouldn't have had buying a used MTB privately. Loved the packaging it arrived in and it was easy to have my LBS set it up for me. Would be happy to recommend the service to anyone I know.

The Trek bike website is very easy to navigate and the items I ordered were delivered very fast. Trek bikes are quality made and meet my needs perfectly. The service I receive at the Trek shops is always top notch. The employees are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

I loved the fact I could buy a bike, get delivered to a local bike shop, and assembled for Free.

The communication between the bike shop and the customer (myself) can still be improved, with more automated status and ETAs.

Big fan of Trek as a company for their value, quality, and stance as a company.

My experience was better than excellent! The guy who helped me was Chris Skipper (skip). Everything was great and I never felt like I was just wasting his time, because I'm a talker lol and had a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and had instant answers for literally every question and concern, as i spoke to him multiple times. I love my Pennyflake roscoe 7! (I do wish I had gotten a size medium instead of a medium/ lage, as i feel like it would fit me better because of my shorter than normal inseam and reach for someone that is 5'10", but that's nothing at all on him, that's totally on me, but lesson learned for my next trek lol) the bike is friggin awesome, and I've had a few older treks throughout the years. Just 2 days ago, I bought my 8 year old daughter a wahoo 24 and she's in love! Thanks for everything! And thanks again to Skip! He deserves a raise, bonus, or some type of recognition for the excellent customer service, after calling about a minor issue with my dual sport that I had purchased a week before I ordered my roscoe. Forever a customer!
