Quality - quality equipment, quality service, quality family

When I ordered for the merchandise to be delivered at the store there was good communication. Plus they didn't hound me to pick it up. It was part of a Christmas present for my husband so I had to find the right time. Just wish the hours of the store were a little bit better.

Enjoying my new bike so far. The bike arrived partly put together and easy to do the last few steps. No scratches or missing parts. The delivery was late by a couple of days, not sure why that happened. But overall very satisfied with the experience. Very like to buy another bike from Trek.
