Zack Hill did a great job troubleshooting a mysterious shifting issue in a relatively new SRAM drivetrain. He checked in with me often to describe his process, what he had checked/tried, and what he planned to do next. Ultimately, he resolved the problem by replacing the cassette with a different model. I am very pleased with the service, result, and cost. This Trek location is relatively new, and I am thrilled to have a nice shop with such a talented tech nearby.
Bike arrived on-time and was put together. However, staff did not try to fit seat & handlebars to me. Charged excessive amount to install a bottle cage. After spending over $2000 on a bike plus a $50 build fee, that install should have been gratis.
I had a trek years ago and knew it was a brand I can rely on. Very pleased with my new purchase!

The tools and instructions that came along with a well packaged bike were a nice surprise! Especially the torque wrenches and pump/gauge for the shocks! And it was already set up tubeless! The bike had minor scratches but basically like new, with all the upkeep and maintenance done. This was a great purchase and experience. My local Trek shop even checked a couple of things I had questions about. Top notch!

Good quality part. This chain guide comes with all the hardware and fits 2022 Trek Fuel. Easy to order online. The price is a little high but the construction is all metal/aluminum and built to last the life of the bike. One note, there is a tight clearance if you have a oval chain ring and would work best with a standard chain ring of any size. Lots of adjustment to fit your bike. One note, allen hardware it came with, were too long and collided with frame/rear triangle. Easy fix , just used shorter allen screws. Also, had to space main frame bracket with one washer behind it to fit. So overall easy installation.
