I like the customer service. I have two Trek mtbs and my first road race bike in 1994 was a trek. I just like the company, I think I can get picky and try to find things I like better about maybe how another company builds a bike or a design, but every time I have interacted with trek customer service, I think maybe I should only do trek, these guys are awesome and they will always make something well thought out and good.
