The ordering process was phenomenal from start to finish. The bike arrived only a few days after I placed the order. Unfortunately the fit was not right so I had to return it. The return process was extremely easy and I received the refund promptly. Will continue shopping Red Barn Refresh.

I bought my ebike as preowned through Red Barn Refresh. The overall experience was quite good with only a couple of minor issues. There was a small paint chip in the top bar that wasn’t noted and the bottle cage had one cross threaded mount that required a tap to fix. This was a used bike so I wasn’t expecting perfection, especially since I saved quite a lot of money. The bike arrived in excellent condition and the documentation was certainly above average. If anything, Trek may over-document the entire procedure and use of the bike. The only installation requirements were the front wheel, mounting the handlebars and adding the pedals. A coupon was included for a free service within the first year.

We like the solid engineering, including the mid-range motor; we really like the pedal-assist feature that can be used on any of the trails where we typically go biking.
The bike handles very well, and I feel that I am doing the riding and the bike isn't "driving me."
Nice handle grips, great and rear lights, easy access to pedal assist levels and to gear changing levers. I was able to put my cargo pack on the rear rack which was a plus for me (didn't want to have to purchase a new one).
The bike fits on our existing bike rack and is not too heavy for us to manage :-)

Only downside is that I have been struggling to pair the Trek app on my phone with the bike. I gave up for a couple days but will try again soon.
