It's nice to be able to go to my nearest bike shop and pick up any parts I order from Trek.com and not have to pay for shipping.

I quickly received a Trek bike cleaning kit that is a very complete solution for bike cleaning.
It’s very cold outside so I haven’t tried it yet but I know it’s going to be better than old toothbrushes and what ever else was around. My bike is not a luxury but a necessity so keeping it up is important. Thanks.

It was easy to order my bike through my local Trek store and they made sure everything was adjusted. I was able to pick it up at the store and not pay shipping costs. My bike was on sale too!

After an inventory issue,i was offered a full carbon Slash for a huge discount. Customer service was absolutely wonderful to chat with,bike showed up in 4 days and is a work of art. I'm a first time Trek rider and after this experience I have no plans on riding anything else in the future. I also had 3 grandchildren that ride,they will all be on Trek bikes. Very smooth process beginning to end. Unfortunately the bike I ordered didn’t workout but even the return was quick easy and painless. If they wouldn’t have had what I wanted at my local trek store I would’ve definitely ordered through trek.com given my recent experience!

Great quality, look performance.

You truly make a great product my partner and I have had our trek bikes for almost 5 years now and they still run like new. We also love all of the accessories most recently we purchased the trek Bell Bluetooth speaker and unfortunately got lost in the mail, however when I called the staff, they put in a rush order through UPS and overnighted me a new one. I thought it was amazing customer service. I will tell everyone I know how amazing this company is and if you’re interested in getting a bike, you need to get a trek
