When it arrived, the bike was very well packaged and mostly assembled right out of the box. There was little work to do in order to assemble the bike. It was also cool that the brakes, dropper, and gears required no significant adjustments - the only thing was adjusting the positions of the controls on the handlebars, but that’s not really something I would expect anyone to be able to set up (the handlebars were detached anyways)

Good ride
Got the right size this time after reading reviews from other folks who had challenges with the sizing. Learned that this is a unisex shoe, so the sizing isn't as generous for wider male feet, hence you need to upsize to get a comfortable fit. The original order was easily returned, got confirmation that was received, and I promptly got the replacement after I had to re-order it (this wasn't a straight exchange). The second pair of shoes came with a return label, which fortunately I did not need this time. Was wonderful to talk to a live person to get help!
