I was completely satisfied with my purchasing experience of my new Crosspoint ALR3. The bike was almost completely assembled other than the from wheel and handlebars. Even the tires had air in them. The bike was exceptionally well packaged. The instructions for assembly were spot on and the tools that were included were of excellent quality and will become part of my bike tool kit. Very happy, very satisfied. Bike rides and shifts perfectly. I bedded in the brakes according to instructions and they work perfectly, no rubbing, no noise. If you have even rudimentary ability to work with simple tools I would highly recommend purchasing a bike this way.

The shop in Tuscaloosa is very knowledgeable and courteous, but I like ordering from site when working maintenance jobs myself. I had the shop put Pirellis on my Emonda. And I ordered AW3s for my Domane which I will install if the current AW3s ever wear out. Currently 2200 miles on those.
