I used the customer service chat to inquire about part availability for a bike build my local Trek store is attempting to build for me. The part was marked out of stock online but the chat advised it will be restocked on 11/4. This information was greatly appreciated as it was unknown if I could locate it somewhere else. Hopefully this information is correct as I very much want to have the bike built for me as Trek no longer makes this specific model but sells the frame set on line.

The employees at the store were very friendly and helpful. They called when my bike arrived in store and informed me when it was ready for pick up. I ordered a kickstand and they had already installed it for me and I didn't even have to reach out to ask them to do this! How nice and efficient of them! This is my first Trek bike and I am very happy with it!
