My Marlin 5 was shipped on time and was very carefully packaged. And not difficult to assemble. Only took an hour. Everything was tuned perfectly - no adjustments were needed. Nice job!!

This shop is sort of a victim of its own success -- it is often so crowded that it is hard to find a sales people and mechanics to talk to, and they have a limited amount of time available.

#1 - speed of shipment, the company underpromised (indicated bike would arrive at the bike shop on "Wednesday or Thursday", but it arrived at the bike shop on Tuesday).

#2 - ease of use & the "compare feature" on the website that allows you to compare up to 4 models at a time.

Great experience with both the live chat and over the phone. The Trek Advisor was knowledgeable and patient in reviewing the features of the two bikes and helped guide me to an informed decision. Easy purchase and return of one bike and the purchase of a second bike. The bike arrived in three days and was easy to assemble. I would definitely repeat the purchase process with Trek again.

I own a Trek bike so I was already a Trek fan. The Bontrager helmet I ordered by mail recently was not a good fit for my head shape, so I returned it with tags still on. The return experience was good and painless.
