The associate who helped me, Gil, never tried to upsell me. He simply helped me determine what I needed in a bike. It was incredibly helpful.
I was stuck between a road bike and a gravel bike. Gil steered me toward the Domane AL5 and explained its versatility and its ability to be an endurance bike with great light gravel capabilities. This helped me confidently choose what has been a phenomenal, super-versatile bicycle capable of more rugged rides with more aggressive tires…while still having the option of easily switching to road tires for paved paths as well.
