The tracking notifications were excellent and when my bike arrived at my LBS I went down and took some pictures of it being assembled. It was ready after a few days of arrival

The website is very user friendly. The store manager followed up with a phone call. I was able to add on some accessories over the phone. Ryan was very accommodating and kind. The bikes were delivered to our home with the accessories attached. The whole process could not have been better. It was a great experience and I would use Trek again.

Just what I expected

This is not my 1st Trek bike. I own 3 Trek bikes. I have always been impressed with the quality.
With the latest order, there was a problem with the delivery service. There was damage to the bike from delivery.
Skip from Trek service took care of everything and made sure that another bike was delivered.
I didn't have to go thru 15 levels of customer care. Just one email, and everything was made right.
This is the type of customer service that every company should strive to acheive. What this represents is an excellent product and service model. When you deliver an excellent product, you are confident in it and it is reflected with excellent service.
