I was able to order the bike that I wanted! It was delivered to the local Trek store. They adjusted the seat, and I rode it home.
They make it so easy so it's almost like I'm able to go in store but from my phone. The hours I work are the same hours the store is open so I'm not able to make it to the store downtown like I would prefer. Very convenient and a great selection of parts for my Trek Emonda

I like the easy availability of parts for my bikes at the local Trek dealer and they stand behind there products. I currently have three Trek bikes and they are all amazing. I have owned other brands and I have either broken them prematurely or they wouldn’t stand behind there product.

The verity of New/Old Stock as well as Pre-Owned bikes at a very good price. Customer service was great and I got a Pre-Owned bike that looks and rides like new saving me 1/2 price of a new bike. The warranty still transfers to the Pre-Owned bike and the tools sent to install were great. This is my second Trek and I can see more in the future.

Could you make it any easier? Gheesh, the bike even came set perfect to my height and leg length. The Red Barn program is an 11 on a 10 scale and my local Trek dealer was amazed at the quality of the bike when I brought it in for new gear, a fitting and more. Thanks Trek..keep it up.
PS: the ride is incredible! My first Trek and I feel like I went from a '68 VW Beetle to a '22 Porsche Cayenne!
