Entire transaction was easy but I think the Trek dealer was annoyed I did not buy in the shop. I would have had the bike been in stock. Also found the bike reduced $500 on Trekbikes.com
which motivated me to order since I did not know how long the sale or inventory would last.
For what it's worth I purchased a new 2025 Checkpoint ALR5 to replace my 2020 ALR5.

It was a very easy process, and the two Roscoe 7s arrived on time to our local bike shop, where they were assembled, tuned and made ready.

Quality, design and pricing of the Allant 8S is perfect for my riding needs. I bought two (one for my wife) and we could not be happier. The year end clearance pricing was almost a BOGO deal. I think these bikes were discounted $1950 each or 44% off per bike. A great value for such a quality e-bike.

I like that we ordered our Townies on-line, they were delivered quickly to our local bike shop, Big Daddy's in Santa Rosa Beach Florida where they werej assembled and we were able to pick them up and hit the road.it was a seamless process. The Townies are amazing cruisers!
