The pair of cycling shoes my wife ordered for me for Christmas were too small, but with the convenience of a return label included in the shoe box, it was very easy and fast to get the right size ordered and ones that don't fit mailed back.

I like the option to have items delivered to your house or a local bicycle shop. I like the free returns of items purchased of over $50 with a pre- printed return label/ postal enclose with purchase. Fast processing and delivery of items purchased. Some great prices on discount item!

Great products and have had good experiences with trek of Eldorado hills sales and customer service. The only negative is that often trek advertises certain components on bicycles and in the fine print says due to supply chain issues they can substitute certain parts. These bikes are priced pretty high, and I don't mind paying for quality parts, but I expect to get what I am ordering without this lame excuse of supply chain issues. I don't believe this is individual shops rather the problem is corporate.
