As a senior member of the Milford Y I take classes in the largest room in the building. I have seen constant upgrades and painting, cleaning done in all other areas of the property inside and outside. More classes, more diversity of classes. More body weight, tension band exercises. One class of 40 students is way too tight.

We love the Y. It has been amazing for our entire family. Our children love going and me and my husband love getting some time to workout together. They also have a ton of extra activities going on for kids and families. Highly recommend! The big indoor play room is also awesome!
The facility and locker room is clean, well maintained. The staff is friendly and creates a welcoming environment.

Great classes, clean environment, very nonjudgemental feel. Also love the fundraising events and ongoing support of donations of supplies for people in financial needs.
