Pictures are great

Photos are in good quality. But, on the stage within that short time, it was hard to know which camera I should focus on. Maybe it was only me.

The review of text on pictures does not look the same once I received it...

The 8x10 photo of my daughter is blurry.

The picture we received of our daughter receiving her diploma on stage is blurry. We were disappointed in the quality of her picture. I would like to have a picture that isn’t blurry.

The cost is very expensive and for some families or new grads unattainable.

Reduce prices and minimum quantities

The pricing is very expensive, and there could be better packaging options, for example, a cheap bundle of plenty of digital copies as well as a few prints. The website could be made better once you continue to the shipping portion.

It was so nice to have close up pics of our grad!

I liked that pictures when taken as we were walking in and walking on stage.

It would be nice to pictures of when they are entering or exiting the campanile.

One of the photos I ordered had a crease/bend mark the photo itself.. the other had no marks.. however not sure when or how it happened.

Better back round images. Outdoors looks very fake. Too many Drake written on one. Flag ok but not a military or law enforcement graduation so didn’t really fit. May be Drake choices vs company but disappointing.

As soon as we ordered, we received our photos very quickly! I was surprised at how quickly they processed add shipped our order. I like the photos they captured of my son and the options they provided! Thank you!

The pictures are TOO expensive!! It’s set up in such. Way that parents have only one option and many families can’t afford the packages that are offered.

Send the picture with the grey colored background instead of almost black. The graduate is difficulty to see when place on an almost black background as their caps and gowns are black as well. The “proofs”background was not black but it was grey.

PIctures turned out great and ordering was easy.

I liked the quick service and how nice the pictures came out.

I paid hundreds of dollars for pictures that were "retouched." I received the original proof pictures "no touch- ups" "blemishes" were not removed. If I had known I would receive my pictures with NO touch ups, I would have NOT have wasted my hard earned money.
Touch ups are also NOT available for other products. I was disappointed with my products digital prints, photos, and the two mugs I purchased. Very disappointing, especially for such an important event in my life.

Paid $15.00 per photo for glass glare removal. Full glare was NOT removed. I messaged asking about it and was told that the removal is done by AI and the result provided is the only outcome they can achieve. I feel as though I should be refunded as the full glare was not removed. Very disappointed in this company and will not refer others to it.

Price was high, 2 photos were good, the 3rd was poor, not really of my kid.

I'm guessing that images are made slightly blurry prior to purchase. I wasn't sure of this while editing, so I was worried that cropping the photos would make the resolution worse. Maybe put a note somewhere so users understand that cropped photo resolution will be fine? Thanks!
