I think the prices were overrated. I did not like my 2nd frame. Why dont they send us the soft copies since we have paid and gotten frames and pack for future use. I dont think it is a fair deal . I won't be able to advice future graduate to sign up for it.

I order a picture and a frame that had a space to display the tassel. I was very disappointed about the product. The quality of the print was poor and the tassel does not fit into the frame since the width of the it is very thin; clearly not well designed to its purpose. I am not able to place the back cover due to this issue, therefore, I will have to pay a local frame shop to work on it. Overall, low quality and bad design.

I was surprised to see photos that I was so pleased with (especially when my son told me how quickly they took place.) I recv'd them promptly and it was also easy to access, peruse and order - which is so helpful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Prices are outrageous.
For the exorbitant prices, you receive photos of mediocre- to poor quality. Colors are bleached, with poor contrast, cool hued. Even the most basic filter tool would've made them better, but I suppose you probably wanted parents to shell additional $20-$50 per photo to apply the basic optimization filter.
Purchasing and shipment was standard, thus you scored a 6, for what would've otherwise been a 3, if that.

The packaging of the mailing, the envelopes shipped were not water proof and my pictures that I paid $200+ got placed in my mail box in heavy rain and did get some water warping

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The photography must be stressful at an 800+ graduation, however some were blurry, others were rushed. No time to pose properly before the flash went off before we were waved off for the next to approach. This resulted in an oddly raised head position and incomplete smile where I looked like I had a stroke. Furthermore, color correction and touch ups are not nearly fair given their price. My eyes are green yet turned out entirely light brown in the photographs. I don’t wear contacts, I’ve never had photos give me brown eyes and then after sending an actual photo of my eye, be told that that’s just how it is in the photographs and nothing can be done. Those aren’t my eyes and editing is evident by the white dot on the pupil and darkening of the pupil. If it’s already being edited and I tell you and show you my eyes are GREEN, and I even payed for the extra touchup fee on the photo, then make them green. This is a graduation from dental school, my last graduation, and the photos are so-so quality at best but plenty expensive. I’m not getting these moments back and the customer service of “nothing we can do” is pretty disappointing.

As a parent of a graduate I would have preferred the posed picture in front the MSU sign/banner be after she received her diploma sleeve instead of just her.

Your marketing campaign is a little over the top. After I ordered as many pictures as I possibly could afford, I got an order form in the mail asking me to order more. The prices on the pictures are outrageous for what they are, and not to mention you are asking kids that barely graduated from college to pay that outrageous amount.

I am a professional photographer. I did not take my grandsons photos because I wanted to enjoy the moment. I was so disappointed in the photos I received. They were slightly out of focus and the print quality was poor. For photos at your price point, I expected a tack sharp photo with excellent print quality. Had I known the photos would be of such poor quality I never would have purchased. Waste of money. I will
not be recommending to others.

When I received the prints, half of them were blurry. Much too costly for a half set of blurry pictures.
