Very disappointed in how the grad photos turned out during graduation. Was unaware and not prepared when photos were taken upon reaching the stage. Photos were also too expensive and unaffordable.
I was grateful they captured a moment in a way that I wasn't able to. Great job!

The pricing structure is absolute robbery.

Photos of me being hooded were edited using AI, and my face hardly looks like me at all. I’ve emailed weeks ago but have yet to receive a reply.

It was wonderful to have the option of purchasing pictures that were not staged. The biggest issue I have is the price of the pictures. That was very steep, especially considering how expensive everything else is at graduation.
I loved it all .. from the photographer and all the other staff members who played a role in helping me.

Majority of the pictures that are supposed to be me, are not. They have me in them but completely out of focus. Also the photographer had me do a peace sign and I would never consider buying a picture that I am doing a peace sign.
I ordered photos and never got the download link and you keep sending me emails to b order v and v you never respond to my help requests
I think the candid photos were pretty unflattering and many posed ones felt uncentered.
I have yet to receive a response from my customer service request regarding order VGPhone number removed3. My pictures are terrible and obviously AI altered.
Shine was way too bright. I can edit myself rather than paying a retouch fee that won’t let me see the retouch until I pay for it. Probably better to have more than one person taking photos so people don’t wait for a turn while the photographer goes wherever they want. Would have been nice to do a photo like in the examples instead of at a dinner table or in a yard.
Prints were expensive, and the print quality when received wasn't very good.
Pricing packages were absolutely ridiculous. I had to pay $100 for 3 digital prints I then had to purchase prints from another company and to get a regular package it would've been absolutely ridiculous as well and I wouldve only gotten 1 pose. Very disappointing to have to pay a tin of money out just to walk a graduation then have to pay out even more just to get a photo.....
