I like the availability and pricing.
Easy to use
The photos were of nice quality and I liked choosing between backgrounds (I picked one from each background type).
My daughter's professional pic was taken but done in such an awkward pose it looked very unnatural. She asked to get a new one taken and they almost sent her to the same photographer. She did get a second one that better than the first. Of all the photos of her at graduation I could choose to purchase, most were her fumbling with her hat and the one she liked had a blue background behind her in a blue robe so she doesn't stand out like I was hoping.

I still haven't received my pictures
For the department graduation my daughter's photo taken with the dean was not shared with us so we weren't able to view it or download it. Is that the same photographers as used during the general commencement ceremony?
These prices are too high.
This make my second purchase for my son graduation photos. The second order was for the actual graduation ceremony photos. I ordered the same packet over 100 dollars. But this time I'm unfortunately they told me I ordered download prints which I was very disappointed because I thought that I was ordering the regular print to be mailed to me out in the mail exactly llike I did on my first order. I called customer service to seek help replacement the down loaded prints but she said that's what it could not be replaced with a print order to be sent out. I'm very disappointed because I spent over a $107 on my son's actually graduations ceremony photos and to call and find out and say it's a ordered for down prints! I was looking for my son photo prints to be mailes out to me through the mail like I order the first sets. This is so ridiculous for someone to order down prints for over a hundred dollars and and not get the actual photo prints mailed out to them through the mail. One very disappointed parent on a very special moment for her only son actual ceremony graduation photos. Thank you very sincerely, Name removed .

The 8 X 10 I received through the mail was not protected. It was sent in a white thin envelope and no support (cardboard) on each side of picture. It was stuffed in my mailbox and bent. The mailing is my only complaint. Thank you!
I, and more importantly, my graduate grand-daughter were very satisfied with the photos and the services you provided. Due to some ongoing health issues I was unable to attend her ceremony so the photos were very much appreciated.

It was cool that you were able to take so many pictures and then use face recognition to find all the pics of my daughter, but the cost was way too high, especially considering how much I have paid to OSU over the last few years. $40 for a jpeg seems way too high

I do like the portrait pictures with the different backgrounds. I especially like that I can simply get the digital file. I like to create photo books and the digital files allow me to do that.
Got bombarded with texts/emails to buy. Even after I’d purchased. Then in the mail. The prices were outrageous for most of the same photo with a green screen background image. Or zoomed in version. I guess you’re trying to give options. But it just felt a cop out & a way of trying to make even more money for purchasing same photo but different background. Rip off really. There were shadows on my son’s face. Which I didn’t notice until I’d paid for the pictures. Even if in had noticed beforehand it would have cost even more crazy prices for you to edit! As a professional photographer that’s not new to graduation ceremonies, we’d expect much better quality photos.
I wish there had been a prior notification about the photography schedule. During the event, I wasn't aware that multiple photos would be taken beyond just the two planned settings. Knowing this in advance would have helped me prepare and be more camera-ready—like ensuring I was set up and smiling for the shots. Additionally, it would have been better if the portraits could have been taken ahead of time, while the graduates were waiting. As the ceremony went on, it became increasingly uncomfortable; I started to feel sweaty, and my makeup began to wear off. Taking all the graduates' photos beforehand would have likely improved the overall quality of the images.
