I ordered online… and the hot nozhing. Had a hard time looking up contact numbers. Then I was told the pictures arrived at the address only to find another order form. Something must have gone wrong.

I should have edited the photos, it was unclear to me how terrible the unedited photos would be delivered. My Granddaughters face appears to have bulges and bumps, her hands don't look real.
Stop being so persistent in sending reminder notices about ordering photos. We had already ordered and continued to receive multiple messages (often more than one in a day) urging us to take advantage of discounted order rates.
Also, we were disappointed that the official photo of our son was taken in some conference room with messy coat racks and other items in the background. There was no backdrop and we could not find any way to order photos with the background edited to replace the ugly scene with a more professional looking backdrop.
Overall, we felt the value for the money we paid was lacking.
It took way too long to receive the products. Almost a month.
Easy to navigate the website. While the company made an error on the picture I purchased the customer service team owned up on it and printed a new one without issues.
Received emails for photos timely. Great photos. Easy to order and then received photos and downloaded.
The pictures were beautiful, lots of options, good pricing, received in good time, good quality.

Overall, I was happy with the experience and the quality of the photos. My main feedback is regarding the pricing, particularly the digital package — $300 for 15 images felt quite high. I’d encourage you to consider offering more flexible or tiered options for digital files, as that was the biggest sticking point for me.
The picture was printed too light and I felt that the photo should have been edited to account for the lightness.

My first shipment of photo prints were very damaged. The packaging for shipping them is very inadequate.

The pictures are great, but there is a white tag that you all put on each graduate's right shoulder to identify them. It did not get removed when you printed the portraits. Since this tag was put on by you all it seemed you would remove it when you printed the final portrait. Is there any way to get my package reprinted without the tag on his shoulder? Thank you.

If there is a way to add studio quality to the photo your photos would be so much nicer: add light to the face, have student stand in front of a backdrop, take one portrait, and one full body including the feet.
