The pictures are good but the person I wanted wasn’t the focus, she was in the background or obscured.
I liked the quality and their timely arrival
Quality of pictures. It was a clear crisp picture. Very disappointing. Big day and bad picture.
Unfortunately my photo came with slight damage when it arrived, a small piece was missing, revealing the paper rather than the photo. I paid $17 for one photo so was very disappointed. I don’t know if you ever ship a replacement in cases like these but if you do I would be interested. My email is Email address removed
the photographer blocked the jumbotron camera so that we couldn't see many many kids get their diplomas on stage. we only saw the back of the photographer from our seats and up on the screen. really disappointed. the pictures themselves are fine but the photographer needs to be aware of where they are standing and who they are blocking
Great photos, great price, easy to order
A finalized look at the product before buying or even a statement saying, "your photo's pixels are a little blurry when you adjust this way". I like my double picture on the slate, but my photo of just me is a little blurry and I don't like that I spent $45+ on it to look like that.
It was somewhat cumbersome to use the site. I did appreciate being able to pick out individual pictures instead of just packages.q
I only had 2 good photos out of the four of my son at his graduation. The two that were posed were good, but I did not have any candid photos.
Easy to order and fast at receiving them.
Consider waiving the à la carte charge for removing the glare from glasses. It should be part of the process. This is the first time I have ever heard of paying to remove a glare. I would recommend increasing the overall cost by a dollar or two, rather than charging people who wear glasses more to reduce glare. Otherwise, the pictures look great!
I was not satisfied with the level of pictures captured. Even the digital image purchased was blurred.
The digital download was easy to access.
The packaging for my pictures was very minimal. I have received graduation/senior pictures from other companies and the photos were sent in a STIFF envelope, similar to a Next Day Air envelope, plus included a piece of cardboard or similar type of backing to support the pictures. Simply being put in an envelope is not enough. My 8 x 10 photo did have some creases on the edges from being handled through the mail. But it was hidden by the matting of the frame.

Your prices seemed a little high. I wish we could have afforded more. Otherwise, pleased with the pictures.
I liked having a digital option for photographs!
I did not like how the packages and fees were structured. Digital packages were outrageously priced as well. It felt like we were being taken advantage of.
The quality and the turnaround time from order to delivery, which inspires confidence and trust.
Less expensive portraits, and ideally taken from a more flattering angle (e.g., not from below) for the portraits.

I liked the pictures a lot, but It was pretty expensive for the 3 digital pictures. I also paid for touch ups to try to remove the bad glare causing you to not be able to see LSUA on my diploma and it wasn’t fixed so that kind of sucks. For $130 something I’d expect the pictures to not have a glare.

Pictures were good. Wished that the download would have been for each picture in the package ordered instead of only picking one!
I emailed a question about graduation pictures several weeks ago, and I never received a response. I bought the pictures regardless, but a response would have been appreciated.

I have not received my order placed on June 2, 2025 at this time, nor have I received any feedback as to the status of the order. I cannot give a positive rating without something showing the status of the order or the arrival of the order.
