The service was fast and convenient, and the pictures were professional grade
The photographers were great! They helped me pose and the pictures came out well.
We paid $100 for electronic photos that when I printed them off, they don’t even look as good as just a snapshot. This was such a special event I would’ve liked had a real professional looking picture. Hindsight, I should’ve just printed off some of our snapshots.
Pictures are poorly taken especially the group of promoted military officers including my son. You could have taken each officer or medical student after the pinning ceremony with their parent or significant others. The group picture is too small that the whole group could barely seen.
Great, clear photos were available for download in a prompt timeframe. Thankful to have good quality, professional photos from the grad platform!
Service was quick to mail out pictures and quality of pictures were good as well.

The fact that y’all want to charge an astronomical amount for downloaded photos is downright ridiculous. For three photos I have paid $107.00. Get better prices.

Ordering and editing seemed relatively easy. And the quality of the pictures was good. The only exception is I thought the price for 3 pictures we bought was pricey at $99. $20/picture would seem reasonable. But overall I'm satisfied. Thanks for your service on this momentous and special day.

these are high-quality photos, and I greatly appreciated the speedy turnaround from graduation night to ordering – just a few days. I ordered the three-photo package for 99.95, and it’s evident that the photo is the same with enhanced backgrounds, zoomed close-up or farther away. I appreciate that there were three different photos taken: one on the way to the graduation stage, one with the Dean after shaking his hand and holding the diploma (too nerdy), and the third very proud graduate (me) holding the diploma sleeve. I chose three versions of that same third photo.
I wish the photographer would have informed me at the first step that my graduation cap was *on backwards*. It’s evident in the photo, and thank goodness I figured that out before I went on stage so I don’t look like Eddie Munster permanently.
Add more affordable packages
I emailed multiple times for a refund due to an unsatisfactory order and was ignored.
Excellent pictures
The quality of the picture was not good.
Photography is bright and clear. The best are magnet photos. I just might order a few more
honestly its the graduation that was just moving too fast the photographers did the best they could
I ordered the framed 3-photo collage and from the description and the pictures on the website it was not clear to me that there was no mat and that the plaque was also just a flat print.
I was expecting 3 individual pictures in a matted frame and the plaque to actually look like metal.
Also, the color selections for background/frame did not have much variety.
Easy and quick
Customer support was very good and timely.
My rating is based on the difficulty of navigating the website when ordering photos. My daughter was in two events and I had to use two separate links to access her photos. There should be a single sign-on for each customer and a dashboard with all photos taken.
